| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK please telephone us for the best delivery prices. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you prefer to telephone your order, please call 01425 650750 during UK office hours, quoting 'wines and hampers'. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Deliveries within the UK are calculated by the weight of the goods. £5.95 up to 8kg, then 30p per kilo over that plus VAT. If you are outside mainland UK, please telephone our orderline on +44 1425 650750 for the best delivery rates. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Orders received by 3pm are despatched the same day. Most deliveries are next day but some products such as fresh flowers will require 48 hours notice as they are bought in fresh from our suppliers. Please ensure that a full and correct address is given (with postcode) as any additional carriage costs resulting from errors will be charged. Delivery charges are as shown. All items are insured. Claims for breakages or other damage must be made in writing to 'Tordoff Wines & Hampers Ltd' within 3 days of delivery. All goods and packages that are subject to a claim must be kept for inspection by the carrier. |
